02 Concept & Story
Purpose: To establish and cohesive design direction and narrative for the space.
Shaping The Space
This stage includes:

Development of an overarching design concept

Early layout studies help inform design concept and overall spatial direction

Consideration of mood, flow & materiality

Preliminary material and colour direction
-
Visual references to communicate look and feel

Ensuring the concept feels welcoming, layered and appropriate to the setting
03 Design & Specification
Resolving The Space
Purpose: To translate the concept into a fully resolved design.
This stage includes:

Refined layouts and space planning
-
Detailed material, finish and colour specification
-
Bespoke joinery and furniture design (where required)
-
Lighting, furniture and FF&E selection
-
Preparation of drawings and schedules to support delivery

Coordination of design information for contractors and project teams
04 Build & Reveal
Purpose: To support the design through to completion and ensure it is realised as intended.
Protecting The Space
This stage includes:

On-going design support during the build or fit-out phase

Liaison with client's appointed contractor and wider team as required

Review of design details and responses to queries

Final styling guidance and finishing touches
